Meet Our Team
Frank Bistrian – Chief Executive Officer
Frank created WORK WELL WIN as a way for members to find a coworking environment that incorporated wellness into all aspects of the space. The offices are built around core elements of wellness to include amenities like purified air and water; optimal natural light; ergonomic furniture and standing desks; fruit-infused water and private phone booths. These features help members concentrate on their day-to-day projects, while being mindful of their health.
Prior to WORK WELL WIN, Frank was the former Head of Domestic Development at WeWork. Before WeWork, Frank was a leader on the JP Morgan Chase Global Real Estate team in charge of large construction initiatives, retail operations as well as Energy and Sustainability for the firm's 100 million square foot portfolio. Prior to JPMC, Frank was the Head of Construction at Goldman Properties, a multi-city mixed-use development and hospitality firm.
Frank's winning strategy: Frank, was a former professional rugby player in Australia, and incorporates his winning approach into all aspects of the company.
Katie O'Neill Bistrian - Chief Marketing Officer
In her role as CMO, she is responsible for facilitating growth, sales and marketing strategy for the company. Katie is also a consultant with Enlightened Brand Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm, where she is the CMO and CRO of Original Grain Watch Company, as well as a managing partner of Kenzo Takada. Prior to these roles, Katie headed up Global Strategic Alliances for Avon Products, Inc., where she was responsible for driving revenue through brand partnerships across all global categories. Before Avon, Katie founded ko co, a marketing and management firm representing companies and brands including ESPN, Vogue, Avon, Derek Jeter and Muhammad Ali. In her role there as CEO, she oversaw promotions, sponsorships, licensing, events and brand development. Katie began her career at IMG, where she became Vice President and Director of Client Marketing Group, securing tens of millions of dollars in marketing deals.
Katie's winning strategy: Katie started her career at IMG and launched the first client marketing division. Katie's never met a deal she couldn't close.
Lisa Brennan – Chief Financial Officer
Lisa is the Chief Financial Officer for WORK WELL WIN. Lisa brings with her over 20 years of experience in dynamic, growth-oriented companies in the retail, technology and wholesale industries. Prior to WORK WELL WIN, Lisa served as VP Financial Planning and Operations for the Merchant Customer Exchange, where she was responsible for developing the finance function for the mobile payment company. She has also held various senior positions in Financial Planning and Operations at public and private companies including Laura Ashley and started her career at the Boston Consulting Group. She holds a MS in Management from MIT Sloan School, a MA in Mathematics from Brandeis University, and a BA in Math and Economics from Wellesley College.
Lisa's winning strategy: Lisa is addicted to spreadsheets. There is nothing she can't model to figure out a winning strategy.
Song Kyu Park - CTO/CRO
Song has worked in technology for 20 years, at start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies, with extensive experience in designing and building multi-billion-dollar transactional systems, digital platforms, real time analytics and complex B2B integration. He has worked in various roles from software engineer, designer and architect to an organizational leader responsible for development teams composed of hundreds of engineers and various other roles required in software development. In addition, Song has been responsible for strategic thought leadership on how to leverage and monetize technology through new business models as well as ensuring user adoption through change management.
Shahryar Oveissi, Chief Operating Officer
In his role at WORK WELL WIN, Shahryar runs the daily operations of the firm. Shahryar was previously co-founder and managing partner of OC Global Partners, LLC, an advisory firm specializing in business development & operations consulting services focused on the Middle East, China & North American Markets. Shahryar also served approximately 8 years as an Operating Partner of Pegasus Capital Advisors, a US Middle Market private equity firm that manages $1.8 billion in assets with a focus on sustainability and health/wellness. Shahryar has served on the boards of Six Senses Hotels Resorts & Spas, GYRO HSR and ZeroBase Energy.
Shahryar is currently Chairman of the Board of the YMCA of Greenwich. In addition, he is a Trustee of the Greenwich Country Day School and serves on the Red Cross Metro Board of Directors. Shahryar graduated from New York University Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Information Systems & International Business.
Shahryar's winning strategy: Shahryar has a relentless drive to succeed and prides himself on never compromising his integrity and values. Shahryar also considers his greatest victory and accomplishment as the family he has built with his wife Erin.
Cecilia Walker, Head of Design
Cecilia oversees the design and installation for all WORK WELL WIN locations. She is passionate about incorporating wellness and local culture and design into each office. She has been designing residential and commercial interiors for over twelve years and launched a textile and wallpaper line in 2015. Prior to interior design, Cecilia spent fourteen years of her career on both sides of the fashion industry in manufacturing and retail for Keds, Levi's, Ann Taylor and Laura Ashley. She brings her classically edgy style, self-defined as "New York black meets California surf" into her modern aesthetic. Cecilia's work has been featured on Domino and in New England Home, The Boston Globe Magazine, The Sunday Globe's G-Style, Design New England, as well as her fabric seen in Modern Luxury's Interiors Boston, Hingham Magazine and Southern New England Home. Cecilia is an Associate member of ASID and is currently committed to WELL AP.
Cecilia's winning strategy: Cecilia aims to deliver timeless style and beautiful spaces with thoughtful design. Employing the comfort and consciousness of a healthy environment is her path to win.
